What is it?
It is a board-game based program designed to play indoors with 5~6 players as a single team. It is an RPG game with a goal to achieve the best results through mutual consultation and decision-making processes among the team members. Various issues and events are laid upon the team that can be found in real-life situations when doing projects. Each character (team leaders of each department) have their missions in addition to the team mission (organizational goal), so the individuals must strategically implement decision-making through collaboration and interaction.
As the game progresses, silos may naturally occur which can lead to bankruptcy, therefore the conversation and information-sharing are vital for the strategic play of this game along to produce a win-win outcome.


How is it organized and be operated?
The program takes 3~4 hours of playtime, including 2~3 hours of gameplay and an hour of the wrap-up workshop. The workshop aims to provide a reflection on the process and outcome of the game that can lead to learning. If you add the workshops on perspective-shift of organization, conflict management, or collaboration, 4 hours or more of the total program can also be organized.


What can you experience and learn?
With Office Real, you can closely observe the various issues and conflicts arising from the conflict of interests and the absence of goals and strategies. Participants can relate their game experience to real-life situations. After the end of the game, they can internalize the true meaning of a win-win strategy, having an organizational perspective, and collective intelligence through the reflection of their game experience and team communication.
